Keith Henderson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and management. Currently serving as CEO of Xtera since February 2018, Keith also holds the title of COO and Founder at Xtera Inc and Xtera Communications, positions maintained since February 2017 and 2007, respectively. Previously, Keith has held significant roles including Operations Director at Azea Networks, Intense Photonics, and Ilotron, as well as Manufacturing Director at B/E Aerospace and Production Manager at GEC Marconi. Keith began a career in engineering as a New Product Development Engineer at Standard Telephones and Cables and progressed to management roles at ASN and other companies. Holding a degree as a Chartered Engineer from Solent University, Keith brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the technology and telecommunications sectors.
