Robert-J Richardson is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. As the Founder and Chief Sales Officer of Xtera since February 2017, and Vice President of Global Submarine Solutions Sales at Xtera Communications since December 2007, Robert-J has demonstrated significant leadership in sales strategy. Previous roles include Director of Sales for the Americas Region at Azea Networks, Managing Director and President of North America at 3D Networks, and Vice President at Nortel Networks. Additionally, Robert-J held various engineering, operations, and management positions at AT&T and contributed to engineering and management at Telecordia. Robert-J is well-educated, holding multiple marketing leadership certificates from London Business School and Duke University, as well as a certificate in Strategic Market Management from Harvard Business School.
