Xtra Welzijn
Charlotte Bos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communication, project management, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Board Member at Van Ravesteyn Fonds since January 2022, Charlotte supports residents in Leidschendam and Stompwijk with social and medical needs. In their role as Head of Communication at Xtra, Charlotte leads a team focused on communication strategy and hybrid work integration. As a council member for D66 in Leidschendam-Voorburg, Charlotte advocates for sustainability and cultural initiatives. Additionally, Charlotte is the founder and chairperson of Buiten-Gedichten, facilitating the creation of public art projects. Previously, Charlotte held significant roles in organizations such as Duurzaam Den Haag and NWO, focusing on corporate communication and stakeholder management. Charlotte holds multiple degrees, including an MCC in Corporate Communication from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.

Xtra versterkt de samenleving Xtra vormt het bestuur van de welzijnsorganisaties MOOI, VÓÓR Welzijn en Zebra. In Xtra zijn eveneens de ondersteunende diensten in een gezamenlijk servicebureau ondergebracht. Op deze manier bundelen wij elkaars krachten zodanig dat, ook in deze tijd met grote veranderingen, het welzijnswerk optimaal bijdraagt aan een sterke samenleving. MOOI, VÓÓR Welzijn en Zebra hebben als doel de eigen kracht van burgers en hun omgeving te versterken. Zij bevorderen de sociale samenhang en ondersteunen bewonersinitiatieven door informatie en advies te geven en gericht initiatieven van burgers te begeleiden.
