Shiney Sukhbir is the Director- Operations of the company, She possesses a dual post graduate degree in Business administration and also in Finance with 20 years of vast operational experience. She is responsible for implementing organizational objectives and is also responsible for the growth and profitability of a company. Additionally, her role also includes expense control, staff management and department supervision. She has been instrumental in providing strategic leadership for short- and long-term goals through the use of thoughtful techniques in the communication of the company’s mission and core values as a means to implement positive change and create organizational structure within the assigned business units.
