Katlin Zarazinski is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of People and Culture at Xtreme Xperience, Katlin has been instrumental in establishing the Human Resources Department from the ground up. With a strong background in human resources management, Katlin has held various positions including Human Resources Director, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Generalist, all while being a member of the Leadership Team and Predictive Index certified. Prior experience includes managing payroll and HR operations for Draw Enterprises and successfully hiring over 400 employees for Mariano's. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in English and Welsh Literature from Swansea University and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Iowa.
