Caitlin Roller has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Caitlin is currently the Executive Director of Strategy at Xumo since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at FreeWheel, where they held multiple roles including Executive Director of Product Commercialization & Strategy from January 2022 to March 2023, Senior Director of Product Commercialization and Strategy from February 2020 to December 2021, Senior Manager of Product Commercialization from July 2017 to February 2020, Sales Manager from March 2016 to June 2017, and Partner Development from December 2014 to March 2016. Before joining FreeWheel, Caitlin worked at Nielsen as a Program Manager from March 2014 to December 2014, Project Manager from January 2013 to February 2014, and Client Solutions Associate from July 2011 to December 2012. Caitlin also gained experience as a Nielsen Media Solution Intern at The Nielsen Company from May 2010 to May 2011. Caitlin started their professional career as a Sales Intern at Yigal Azrouël, Inc from May 2009 to September 2009 and also worked as a Program Assistant at Campus Recreation Services from July 2009 to May 2011.

Caitlin Roller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Operations Management from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park.
