Jialu Yan

Jialu Yan currently serves as HRD at XVC since May 2021, specializing in headhunting for positions related to IR, PR, and investment in PE/VC, as well as HRD roles across various industries. Previously, Jialu held the HRD position at YuFeng Capital from July 2017 to May 2021 and worked as a Consulting Manager/Headhunter at Isaac&Kenneth Associates from August 2015 to July 2017. Early career experience includes a role as a Management Trainee at Datang Power from July 2013 to August 2015. Jialu Yan earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation from Southwest University for Nationalities, graduating in 2013.
