Alexandra Robinson Runions

Alexandra Robinson Runions currently serves as the HR Director for Applied Water North America Operations at Xylem, a position held since April 2019, following various roles including Senior HR Business Partner for Americas Manufacturing Operations and Sr. Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to joining Xylem, Runions worked at BorgWarner Inc. from May 2014 to March 2019 in multiple HR positions, including Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Generalist. Initial HR experience was gained through internships at both BorgWarner Morse TEC and Ithaca College Office of Human Resources. Alexandra Robinson Runions holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ithaca College, earned in 2014, and completed high school at Lansing High School in 2011.
