David Fraley

David Fraley serves as the Process and Utility Segment Manager for North America at Xylem Inc. since January 2022 and is also the Managing Owner of Spring Creek Fly Fishing, Ltd. since December 2020. Prior to these roles, David Fraley was the Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast USA at In-Situ Process and held a similar position for the Southeastern U.S. at Xylem Analytics. Experience also includes roles as an Inside Sales Representative and Technical Support and Applications Specialist at Xylem Analytics (YSI, MJK) and YSI, respectively. Earlier in the career, David Fraley worked as the Field Operations Manager and Aquatic Specialist at Advanced Technical Aquatic Control and as a Fisheries Management Technician with the Virginia Marine Resources Commission. Initial experience includes a role as a Fisheries Laboratory and Field Assistant with the Idaho Department of Fish and Game. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Conservation Biology from the University of Idaho and an Associate of Science in Natural Resource Recreation and Tourism from Hocking College.
