Kristina Lee

Kristina Lee is a seasoned professional in business process transformation and investor relations, currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Process Transformation for the WSS Segment at Xylem since October 2021. Previously, Kristina held the position of Director of Investor Relations and Chief of Staff to the CEO and Senior Manager of Strategy and Business Development at Xylem. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Associate at Strategy&, focusing on commercial due diligence and growth strategy, and participating as an Investments Fellow at the Chicago Treasurer's Office, concentrating on ESG initiatives. In addition, Kristina gained valuable experience as a Sustainable Business Intern at the Environmental Law & Policy Center and in various roles at Loop Capital Markets, culminating in positions of Investment Banking Associate and Analyst. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics and Russian Language and Culture from Columbia University.
