Leighton Baker

Leighton Baker currently serves as the OEM East Sales Manager at Xylem, a position held since February 2022, where responsibilities include building strong relationships with OEM clients and providing technical support. Previously, Leighton held the roles of Application Engineer and Associate Application Engineer at Xylem, offering expert technical assistance and creating operational manuals for pump selections. Prior experience includes a Land Development Internship at KB Home, overseeing projects, and a Mechanical/Design Engineering Internship at Circuitronics, focusing on CAD models and additive manufacturing. Leighton is pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management at the University of Central Florida, building upon a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an Associate's degree in Engineering from Seminole State College of Florida.
