Mark Hardee

Mark Hardee is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the financial operations of multi-billion-dollar segments. Currently serving as VP, Finance and Segment CFO for Xylem's Water Solutions and Services, Mark provides strategic partnership to the executive leadership team, focusing on strategy execution, mergers and acquisitions, and business support to meet operational goals. Prior roles at Xylem included similar positions for Water Infrastructure & Europe and Measurement & Controls Solutions. Before joining Xylem, Mark held various finance leadership positions at Sensus, contributing to the successful divestiture of the company, and gained foundational experience at Cooper Industries. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management from North Carolina State University.
