Rebecca Gonzalez

Rebecca Gonzalez has over 20 years of diverse experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Supplier Diversity & Compliance Manager at Xylem since June 2018. In previous roles at Xylem, Rebecca managed key procurement projects and led supply operations in the Latin America region. Prior to Xylem, Rebecca held senior positions at Milton Roy and Polaris Industries, focusing on procurement, category management, and sourcing strategies for new product development. Earlier experience includes roles at Thermo King, Solectron/Hewlett Packard, and Hewlett-Packard, where Rebecca developed skills in manufacturing supervision and operational excellence. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Industrial Management and Human Resources from Inter American University of Puerto Rico and a BS in Electronics Engineering Technology from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
