Roberto Colombo

Roberto Colombo is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently, Roberto serves as Senior Director Quality Europe at Xylem, holding various quality leadership roles since April 2015. Prior to this, Roberto spent nearly eight years at Honeywell Process Solutions, where responsibilities included managing ISO certification programs, developing Quality Management Systems, and leading regional Quality Assurance teams across multiple countries. Roberto's earlier experience includes positions at Rieter Automotive Systems, focusing on customer relations, corrective actions, and compliance with automotive standards. Roberto holds an Executive MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
