Steven Novak has over 18 years of experience in the field of sales and engineering, primarily with Xylem Inc. since December 2006, where positions have included North American M&C Area Sales Manager, National Monitoring & Controls Specialist, Southeast Monitoring & Controls Sales Specialist, and Field Service Representative II. Prior to Xylem, Steven worked at Automated Control Solutions from August 2004 to November 2006 as a Hardware Engineer/Project Manager, focusing on the design, installation, testing, and certification of electrical control systems for roller coasters. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management and an Associate of Science in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician, both from DeVry University.
