Vaclav Slajs

Vaclav Slajs has extensive experience in the IT industry, with a primary focus on engineering leadership and product development at Y Soft. Vaclav held various roles, including Chief of Engineering for IoT and SafeQ divisions, Head of R&D, and Department Manager. Their responsibilities included team management, project management, and product strategy development. Additionally, they worked at Sewio Networks as a Chief Operating Officer, where they transitioned the company to an as a service model. Vaclav also lectured at Czechitas and is currently serving as the Head of IT at Y Soft.

Vaclav Slajs completed their Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics at Masaryk University Brno from 2001 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Gymnázium J.Š. Baara v Domaželicích from 1997 to 2001. Vaclav later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Nottingham Trent University, graduating in 2014.
