Shlomi Gershenzon is a System Projects Manager at y-tech since September 2021, specializing in Tier 3 engineering technical responses for customers, managing escalations, and administering WAF. Responsibilities include implementing technical solutions for existing and new clients, developing automation scripts for efficiency, and overseeing internal technical systems. Previously, Shlomi served as a System Administrator, providing consultation for application implementation, managing client security levels, and possessing high-level experience with various software and systems. Prior experience includes working at Ness Digital Engineering, where Shlomi held roles as a Lab Referant and System Administrator, focusing on support during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, Shlomi served as an Air Defense Course Commander in the Israeli Air Force, delivering extensive instruction on technical subjects. Shlomi holds a degree in DevSecOps Engineering from Bar-Ilan University and has completed specialized training in INFINDAT Storage.
