Manjusha Tipre has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Manjusha co-founded Yaala Labs in 2018, where they served as the Chief Revenue Officer. In 2022, they co-founded Meridian Labs. Prior to these ventures, they co-founded ZeroBeta Inc. in 2019, where they held the position of Executive Director. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Founder and Principal of Megalodon Capital.
Before their entrepreneurial endeavors, Manjusha worked at LSEG Technology from 2000 to 2017. During their time there, they held several positions including Vice President of Strategy and Sales, Vice President of Account Management, Head of Project Management Office (PMO), Head of Quality Assurance and Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG), and Technical Trainer.
Earlier in their career, they were a Professor at Sardar Patel College of Engineering (SPCE), Mumbai from 1998 to 2000. Manjusha also worked as a Team Leader at VKWare India from 1996 to 1997 and as a Senior Faculty at Aptech Computer Education from 1995 to 1996. Their first professional experience was as an Analyst Programmer at Kai Group from 1992 to 1994.
Manjusha Tipre completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Amaravati, from 1988 to 1992.
