Cathy Singer is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and data management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Software Engineering for Media Data and Common Services at Yahoo since September 2021, Cathy has previously held the position of Vice President of Engineering for Data at Verizon Media from 2007 onwards. Prior roles include Software Manager at Motorola from 1998 to 2007 and Electrical Engineer at IBM from 1988 to 1993. Cathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University.
