Earlier experience includes positions as Assistant Manager at MOTHER KELLY'S LIMITED, emphasizing operational management and staff training, and Southern Regional Trainer at BrewDog, responsible for training new bar staff in southern United Kingdom. Ruben's career began at BrewDog as a Beer Server, gaining foundational knowledge in customer service and bar operations.
