Rachel Rivers

Rachel Rivers is an experienced customer service professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Customer Support Representative at Yakima Products since March 2019, Rachel has also held a position at Enterprise Holdings as a Customer Service Representative since January 2015, where responsibilities included ensuring quality service and handling customer inquiries. Prior experience includes working as a Sustainability Educator at Clark County Environmental Services and managing a team as a Barista at Acoustic Cafe. Rachel’s career began as a Cashier at Rivers Mercantile. An accomplished academic, Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Photojournalism from Winona State University and has also pursued marketing studies at St. Cloud State University.
