Michael Ndubisi is an experienced writer and organizer with a strong background in political science and community outreach. Currently serving as a Staff Writer and Opinion Editor at Yale Daily News since October 2021, Michael has held various roles including Managing Editor for Special Projects and Deputy Health and Accessibility Policy Director for the Yale College Council. Michael's contributions extend to Voices of Monterey Bay as Director of Development and Contributing Writer, and involvement with the California Democratic Party as a Central Committee Member and Delegate. Previous positions include Community Outreach Assistant for the City of Salinas, Organizer and Research Assistant for Justice Impact Alliance, and internships with the Monterey County District Attorney's Office. Michael's educational journey includes a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Yale University and a summer program in Social Movements Organizing at the University of California, Berkeley.
