Charles Torre Jr.

Charles Torre Jr. is the VP of Information Technology Services and Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Yale New Haven Health, a position held since October 2014. In this role, Charles oversees the Enterprise Reporting and Analytics environment, managing Business Intelligence strategies, database administration for several platforms including Oracle and SQL, and leading initiatives in AI/ML, predictive modeling, and natural language processing. Prior to this, Charles served as System Executive Director at YNHHS and held various decision support roles within Yale New Haven Health and Yale-New Haven Hospital. Charles holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Quinnipiac University.
