Guillermo Pascual is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in technology and software development. Currently serving as a Sr Engineering Manager at Yalo, Guillermo is focused on creating innovative Decisioning Services to enhance business opportunities. Previously, at Mercado Libre, Guillermo led machine learning initiatives aimed at optimizing costs and app performance, in addition to improving core API architecture and developing algorithms that enhanced product competitiveness. With a background in Technical Leadership and Application Architecture at DXC Technology, Guillermo guided significant digital transformation projects for large banking clients. Additionally, Guillermo has held advisory roles, co-founded a consulting firm, and contributed to the development of banking solutions and agro management applications, leveraging a solid educational foundation in telecommunications and electro-mechanical engineering.
