Mark Lucassen is an experienced professional in the field of information systems and business analytics, currently serving as the Department Manager of Business Services at Yamaha Motor Europe N.V., a position held since March 1997. With over 27 years of experience at Yamaha, Mark has held various roles, including Department Manager of Business Analytics and Business Analytics Lead, where skills in ERP implementations, customer relationship management, data warehousing, and business intelligence were developed. Prior to Yamaha, Mark worked as an IT Manager at Perstorp Analytical from July 1989 to February 1997. Mark holds a Master in Information Management from Newport Business Academy and a Bachelor's degree in Economics/IT from Hogeschool voor Economische Studies, along with education in logistics from Vervoersacademie Venlo.
