Prohor Gladkikh

Prohor Gladkikh is an experienced data science professional with a strong background in machine learning and software development. Currently serving as a Data Science Team Lead at SberDevices and Sberbank since 2019, Prohor has established a document processing competence center utilizing NLP techniques and has led the development of the AutoNER deep learning framework. Prior experience includes roles as a Machine Learning Research Engineer at IPONWEB, focusing on AdTech and predictive modeling, and at Megaputer Intelligence Inc., where Prohor transitioned to deep learning and developed a continual learning algorithm for named entity recognition. Earlier career stages involved software development roles at Mentor Graphics and 3D LIGA, contributing to various innovative projects. Prohor holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
