Valeria Aristova

Valeria Aristova currently serves as the Head of Employee Experience, Performance & Talent Management at Yandex, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Valeria held various significant positions at Danone from May 2018 to June 2023, including Senior HR Business Partner focusing on sales and marketing, and Head of Talent Acquisition for Russia and CIS, where a comprehensive transformation of the recruitment process was implemented.
