Matthew Ferry has extensive experience in sports operations, currently serving as the Director of Baseball Operations for the New York Yankees since February 2012, following roles as Manager and Assistant in the same department. Ferry's early career included positions such as Video Coordinator for Player Development and Amateur Scouting and Scouting/Player Development Video Intern with the Yankees. Previous experience includes an internship with the Tampa Bay Rays in Corporate Partnerships and an operations internship with the Indianapolis Colts. Further roles span local marketing with AlliSports, gameday operations with Springfield Falcons, as well as various volunteer and intern positions in prominent sports events and organizations. Matthew Ferry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from Springfield College, obtained in 2011.
