Peter Thomsen

Peter Thomsen is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in startup growth and strategic operations. As the Founder and CEO of Thomsen Advisory since September 2023, Peter provides coaching and consulting to founders, focusing on funding and growth strategies for startups and SMEs. As a Founding Partner and COO at YAP since July 2018, Peter played a crucial role in launching the first standalone digital bank in the UAE. Previous experience includes serving as Head of Marketing for Edenred UAE, where Peter managed a successful rebranding and received an award for Best Technological Innovation, and as COO of Vuframe®, where Peter restructured operations for scalability and managed investor relations. Peter's entrepreneurial journey began as an entrepreneur at JA Produkter from 1993 to 1997. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management from the University of Sussex.
