Gastón Hiriburu has extensive work experience in the field of customer experience and product management. Gastón currently holds the position of Head Customer Experience Product at Yape since September 2022. Prior to this, Gastón worked at Mercado Libre from April 2020 to September 2022, where they led the design strategy for the company's CRM product and digital customer journey. Gastón also oversaw the technological roadmap for CRM, channels, and help portals. Before that, Gastón worked at TheX from February 2018 to April 2020, serving as an Associate, Customer Experience Director, and COO. Additionally, they have experience in the telecom industry, having held various roles at DIRECTV, Telecom Argentina, and Telefónica, where they focused on improving customer experience, implementing quality assurance, and managing processes.

Gastón Hiriburu obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from IAE Business School in 2013. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Buenos Aires, earning a degree in Business Administration (Licenciado en Administración de Empresas) in 2003. Gastón'sfield of study during their undergraduate years was general administration and business management.
