Senior Implementation Engineer

Yapily is on a mission to enable innovative companies to create better and fairer financial services for everyone through the power of open banking. We’re looking for an Implementation Engineer to join our Customer Engineering Team.

This role would suit a candidate with a technical background coupled with exceptional communication and presentation skills.

As an Implementation Engineer, you’ll primarily be responsible for guiding customer technical teams in their integration with Yapily APIs, ensuring a strong understanding of the client’s requirements and implementing a solution tailored to their use case. You will also be responsible for supporting Sales and bridging the gap between technical expertise and client engagement. This role will require close collaboration with Customer Success, Product, or Engineering Teams. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: leading implementation workshops, answering technical questions, supporting sales with product demos, conducting build reviews, becoming an expert around the Yapily API.
