Dana Doghaimat

Dana Doghaimat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and account management at Yardi, spanning from May 2019 to the present. As a Senior Training Specialist, Dana founded and managed the Voyager Residential Reinforcement Training program, facilitating hands-on onboarding for over 200 Account Managers across North America. Previous roles include Senior Technical Account Manager, where Dana restructured the NEST team to optimize new hire onboarding, and as a Technical Account Manager, where performance was recognized for high case volume and customer service excellence. Dana's career began as an Associate Technical Account Manager on the Voyager Client Success team, supporting large clients with training and complex data issues. Prior to Yardi, Dana gained experience as an Infrastructure Intern at Kawneer North America and holds a degree in Enterprise Systems Technology from Georgia Gwinnett College.
