Mark Skapinski

Mark Skapinski has over two decades of experience in technology and client success roles, currently serving as Sr. Team Lead for Voyager Client Success at Yardi Systems since June 2012. Previous positions at Yardi include Team Lead and Associate Application Specialist. Prior to joining Yardi, Mark worked at DBI Staffing as a Consultant and held various roles at CA Technologies, including Systems Administrator, Sr. Lead Service Desk Analyst, and Manager of the Customer Relations Organization, where responsibilities included team management, technical support, and relationship development with clients and partners. Mark holds a B.S. in Organizational Management with a focus on Information Technology from St. Joseph's University.
