As members of the American Taekwondo Association, (an organization founded in 1969), individual schools benefit from years of research and development of the physicalcurriculum, extensive training and certification of instructional staff, integration of strong values and life skills, as well as state of the art training facilities. The American Taekwondo Association's impeccable reputation is continuing to set standards throughout the martial arts industry.Our martial arts instruction consists of traditional Songahm Taekwondo forms, one step sparring, light contact sparring, self-defense and Protech weapons instruction. Programs are available for children (beginning at four years of age), teens and adults. ATA instruction is a balance of martial arts and the mental development of the students. Valuable life skills such as confidence, positive attitude, goal setting, self-respect as well as others, self esteem, focus, discipline and integrity are an integral part of the instructional curriculum.
