Mike Stava has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Mike started their career at Paper Systems Inc. in 1995, where they held the position of Plant Manager/Director, Customer Relations until 2002. Mike then joined Hohman Plating and Mfg. Inc. as the Director of Production from 2002 to 2006. Following that, Mike worked at RotaDyne Inc., DecTec as an Operations Manager from 2006 to 2012. Currently, they are employed at Yaskawa Motoman, where they have held roles including Director of Operations from 2013 to 2019 and currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations.
Mike Stava attended the University of Dayton from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
