Yaskawa Motoman
Scott Klimczak's work experience includes roles at various companies. Scott began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Christie Electric from September 1986 to April 1989. In April 1989, they became the President of Chad Industries, where they worked until December 2012. During their time at Chad Industries, they sold the company to Jabil in 2012 and developed a standard platform with over 600 deployments in Jabil factories. From March 2001 to April 2004, they served as the Director of Operations for the Orange County division of Adept Technology. Scott then led a management buyout to acquire Chad Industries back from Adept. Currently, they are the Sr. Director of R&D at Jabil, pioneering additive manufacturing solutions. In January 2023, they will assume the role of Sr. Director of Operations at Yaskawa Motoman.
Scott Klimczak completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, which they attended from 1983 to 1986.
