Steve Gaston has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1985 at EG&G Mound Applied Technologies as a Production Technician. Steve then joined Yaskawa America, Inc. Motoman Robotics Division in 1995 and held the position of Mfg. Manager until 2010. From 2010 onwards, they served as the Manager for Modified Standards Manufacturing / Quality at the same company.

Steve Gaston attended Miami University from 1983 to 1985, where they pursued an Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
