Yaskawa Motoman
Steve Whitney has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Steve started their career in 1973 as a Welder at Ingersoll Rand and worked there until 1982. From 1983 to 1989, they were a Welder Fitter A at Egan Machinery Div. John Brown LTD. In 1989, Steve joined Johnson Matthey as an Associate Engineer and later became a Product Specialist. Steve worked there until 1997. In 1997, Steve joined Ingersoll Rand as a Senior Laser Technician and stayed until 1998. Steve then joined BOC Gases as an Inside Sales Representative from 1998 to 1999. Since 1999, Steve has been at Yaskawa Motoman, starting as an Applications Technician and then progressing to Senior Technical Sales Coordinator and currently serving as the Senior Inside Sales Manager.
Steve Whitney attended Northampton Community College from 1984 to 1990 where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Welding Technology.
