Lesego Mothwa

Lesego Mothwa has a diverse work experience that spans across various companies and roles. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Student Assistant at the University of Johannesburg, where they also served as a Marketing Research Assistant from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, Lesego joined Colgate-Palmolive as a Commercial Trainee and worked until 2021. In 2021, they transitioned to the technology sector, starting as a Live Operation Lead at Airlift Technologies, where they managed a team of six people and ensured efficient operations of the dark store. Currently, Lesego is an Assistant Store Manager at Yassir, where they oversee daily tasks like order fulfillment, stock management, and quality assurance.

Lesego Mothwa has a strong academic background in the field of marketing and retail management. In 2018, they obtained an Advanced in Retail Business Management from the University of Johannesburg, specializing in Marketing/Marketing Management. Lesego furthered their education in 2019, completing a Bcom Honors in Marketing from the same university. The following year, in 2020, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Retail, again at the University of Johannesburg. Additionally, Lesego obtained a Tutor Certification from the University of Johannesburg in November 2018.
