Trey Rood

Trey Rood, MBA, currently serves as the Controller at Yates Construction since April 2023. Prior to this role, Trey held the position of Director of Capital Markets at Sovereign Lending Group Incorporated from January 2022 to March 2023. Trey's experience also includes serving as a Senior Secondary Marketing Analyst at CBC National Bank Mortgage from July 2016 to February 2022 and as a Secondary Market Analyst at Renasant Bank Mortgage from January 2015 to June 2016. Earlier in Trey's career, important internships were completed at HeritageBank Mortgage and HeritageBank of the South. Educationally, Trey earned an MBA from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business between 2021 and 2023 and a BBA in Banking and Finance from The University of Georgia from 2010 to 2014.
