Zafer Topcu

Zafer Topcu has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Zafer started their career as an intern at Probel Bilgisayar Yazılım Donanım San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. in 2010, where they gained experience in database management and code development. Zafer then interned as a web developer at Foreks, where they designed websites and connected the company's customers to BIST's data.

In 2013, Zafer joined Yeeply as an intern in the business development department. Zafer worked on a European Union project and was responsible for increasing the company's revenue using specific IT tools.

After that, Zafer worked at BKM Bankalararası Kart Merkezi as a business analyst and test engineer from 2013 to 2016. Zafer contributed to software testing and analysis activities.

From 2016 to 2018, Zafer worked as a product owner at PayCore. Zafer was responsible for analyzing the integration of Cache Register POS machines with banks, retail firms, and e-money companies.

In 2018, Zafer joined MAPFRE as a senior business analyst. Zafer worked on an insurance claim department transformation project, providing support and analysis for business units and development teams.

From 2021 to 2022, Zafer worked at Trive, first as a senior business analyst, where they were involved in real-time data flow core business projects. Zafer then took on the role of business analyst team leader, where they standardized the business analysis process and supervised a team of eight members.

Most recently, in 2022, Zafer joined Yazara as a product owner. Zafer is responsible for customer and core product development and works with multiple development teams. Zafer also manages communication with stakeholders and plays a role in mobile app development, UX, and web applications.

Zafer Topcu completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Computer Technologies & Information Systems from Bilkent University from 2006 to 2012. Zafer then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bahcesehir University from 2014 to 2018. Zafer has also obtained various certifications including Photography Training from Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı in May 2018, Fire Safety, Search - Rescue & Evacuation Training from Med Akademi Ortak Sağlık ve Güvenlik Birimi in April 2017, FinTech 101 Training Certificate from BKM Bankalararası Kart Merkezi in November 2016, UX Training Certificate from Userspots in November 2016, and others.
