Meg McGilvra MSW has over a decade of experience in workforce development and student services, currently serving as the Director of Provider Partnerships at Year Up since January 2015. In this role, Meg has focused on building national partnerships to improve work-based learning opportunities and essential skills development through consultative techniques and thorough analyses of ecosystem needs. Previous positions at Year Up include Director of Enrollment and Community Partnerships and Director of Student Services. Prior to Year Up, Meg held the position of Workforce Development Director at Valley of the Sun YMCA and worked as a Social Worker at Tumbleweed Center for Youth Development. Meg earned a Master's degree in Social Work from Arizona State University.
