Taniesha Bennett is an experienced professional in recruitment and program management, currently serving as the Associate Director of Recruitment at Year Up since November 2022. Previously, Taniesha held the position of Operations Lead at the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations for Student Academic Affairs and providing leadership to a team. Taniesha also served as a Program Coordinator for Math Corps at Wayne State University, overseeing all program operations related to recruitment, scheduling, and staff management. Taniesha holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Johns Hopkins University, set to graduate in May 2024, and a Bachelor's Degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
