Marta Rzayeva is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Agile CoE at Yelo Bank since January 2020, where roles include Agile Coach and Product Manager. With a strong background in back office and payments management, Marta has also held positions such as Brand Management Coordinator. Prior experience at AccessBank Azerbaijan includes Corporate Operations Manager, Sales & Business Development Manager, and Senior Customer Service Advisor. Marta Rzayeva is pursuing an Executive Mini MBA at Leaders Excellence at Harvard Square, complementing a Master's degree in Public Administration from The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, earned in 2008.
