Carly van der Steen currently serves as the Business Unit Manager for Fysieke Leefomgeving at YER since September 2019, overseeing a team that supports municipal institutions and matches highly educated candidates across various specialist roles in spatial planning, civil engineering, and sustainability within the regions of Gelderland, Flevoland, Overijssel, and Drenthe. Prior to this, Carly held positions including Team Lead Ruimtelijk Domein and Accountmanager Ruimtelijk en Bestuurlijk Domein at Maandag®, and gained extensive experience in recruitment and sales with companies such as Randstad Nederland and Personeel Compleet Nederland BV. Carly's educational background includes a Bachelor in Management, Economie en Recht from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and a certificate in Sales & Account Management from the Instituut voor Sales Talent.
