Hilde Van Esch

Hilde van Esch is a Talent Development Coach, Trainer, and Psycholoog NIP at YER, where individual coaching is provided to trainees enrolled in a two-year Talent Development Programme in the Netherlands. With extensive experience in training and coaching, Hilde has worked at Technische Universiteit Eindhoven, where responsibilities included developing professional skills curriculum, leading a team of student assistants, and teaching Career Development to MSc students. Previous roles include Project Employee at Tilburg University, where Hilde focused on career orientation content, an HR Recruitment intern at UPS, and a Stagebank Recruiter at the Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen. Hilde holds a Master's degree in Social Psychology, specializing in Work and Organizational Psychology, along with various coaching certifications.
