Tom Heg

Tom Heg is a seasoned Talent Development Coach and Psychologist, currently working at YER since 2005, specializing in talent coaching and training for professionals in the Public, Finance, and Technology sectors, as well as conducting assessments and psychological testing for personnel selection and development. Previously, Tom operated as a Partner and Consultant at Andros Advies from 1999 to 2004, and held consulting roles at Right Management and Bruins Recruitment from 1993 to 1999. Tom holds a Master’s degree in Labour & Organizational Psychology from Radboud University, completed in 1990, and an Atheneum B degree from Elzendaal College, earned in 1983.
