Ir. Nirmala Pandian is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at YTL Communications Sdn Bhd since July 2012, where responsibilities include leading the LTE Project and managing Core Network implementation programs. Prior to this role, Nirmala served as Regional Project Manager at LafargeHolcim, overseeing project proposals and fiscal management for nationwide IT system development. Initial experience includes project management at Pentasoft Malaysia, focusing on planning, scheduling, and risk management, and supervision as a Manufacturing Executive at Texas Instruments, where production efficiency and quality control were prioritized. Nirmala holds a BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering from Abertay University, completed in 2006.
