Ramprasad Iyer

Ramprasad Iyer is an experienced finance professional with a strong focus on collections and debt management. Currently serving as the Head of Retail Collections at YES BANK since July 2024, Ramprasad has previously held significant leadership roles, including Head of Receivable Management at Equitas Small Finance Bank and Head of Debt Management at Edelweiss Financial Services. Prior roles include managing substantial debt portfolios at Tata Capital and serving as National Collection Manager at HDFC Bank, where Ramprasad oversaw various product suites and led teams across multiple functions. With a career spanning over two decades in financial services, Ramprasad's expertise encompasses commercial vehicle finance, collections processes, and technology integration. Ramprasad holds an MBA in Finance from Pune University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
