Rupesh Pandey

Rupesh Pandey is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in collections and portfolio management within the banking sector. Currently serving as the National Collection Head and Group Executive Vice President for Unsecured at YES BANK since March 2023, Rupesh previously held significant roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank, including National Head for Cards Call Center and Vice President-Zonal Head for Credit Card Collection. Prior experience includes a tenure at HDFC Bank, where Rupesh managed credit card collection teams for the entire East portfolio and served as Regional Collection Manager. Additional roles were held at ABN AMRO, Bharti Airtel Services, and Standard Chartered Bank, showcasing a strong background in credit card recovery and customer assistance.
